Originally from Lansing, Michigan, Kellie is a graduate of Waverly High School. Attorney Podolsky moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan where she attended Western Michigan University, majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Kellie graduated from WMU in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. After college, Attorney Podolsky worked in Real Estate/Property Management, managing various apartment communities in the Kalamazoo area.
In 2010, Attorney Podolsky graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During her time at Cooley, she focused her studies on family law and probate and estate planning. Attorney Podolsky served as the student intern at the Kalamazoo County Probate Court from 2007-2010. She also volunteered as a Probate Advocate Volunteer in the Kalamazoo County Probate Court from 2007-2010.
Attorney Podolsky was admitted to practice in the Michigan Bar in 2010, at which time she became a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Calhoun County Bar Association. Attorney Podolsky practices in the areas of family law, probate and estate planning, decedent estates and probate litigation, and child abuse and neglect. Attorney Podolsky is a member of several sections of the State Bar of Michigan, including probate and estate planning, and family law. She is also a graduate of the Hillman Trial Advocacy Program. Currently, Attorney Podolsky serves as the Treasurer of the Calhoun County Bar Association and is Past-President of BNI, Cereal City Chapter.
Attorney Podolsky resides in Kalamazoo with her husband and son.
Kimberly grew up in Battle Creek and is a graduate of Harper Creek High School. She received her bachelor’s degree, majoring in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Western Michigan University. She was named Criminal Justice Scholar of the Year upon graduation and completed an internship at the Kalamazoo County Circuit Court with the Honorable Alexander C. Lipsey.
Attorney Wickham graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012. While in law school, she participated in Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions, and served as a Managing Associate Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. She completed her externship in the Ingham County Circuit Court with the Honorable Rosemarie E. Aquilina.
Admitted to practice in the Michigan Bar in 2012, Attorney Wickham became a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the Western District of the Federal Bar Association, and the Calhoun County Bar Association. She furthered her education, earning a Master of Laws Degree in Insurance Law from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2015. Attorney Wickham is a member of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan and a graduate of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan Trial College. She practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law and Abuse and Neglect.
Attorney Wickham serves on the Board of Directors of the Calhoun County Bar Association and is a past President of the Junior League of Battle Creek.
She resides in Battle Creek with her husband and daughter.

Kristine Gelletich has been a legal assistant for over 38 years and has worked in many different areas of law during that time. She grew up in Marshall, Michigan, graduated from Marshall High School and attended Kellogg Community College.
Kris specializes in family law at Podolsky and Wickham and has over 15 years of experience in family law.
She resides in Battle Creek with her husband. She has three daughters, four stepchildren and five grandchildren.
